Free Agents:
From August
20, 2005 (12 noon CST), and through the first game of the regular season, free agent transactions
may be made by team owners on a first come - first serve (FCFS) basis. For every player acquired, a player
must be released.
During the season, free agents
pick-ups will be determined by a "blind bidding" process. Each
team will be given $100 in bid money to start the season. This
bid money is not actually cash. It is "bid money" and each team
starts off with. The $100 will have to last a team for the
entire season. When the money is gone - so are the free agents.
From game time until
Thursdays at 11:00 p.m. (CST),
teams may make bids on a free agent player(s). The
highest bid wins the player and the
dollars bid by the winning team will be deducted from the
$100 bid money.
In the event of a tie in the
blind bidding process, the tie breaker will be determined by:
1). Winning percentage.
2). Total points scored.
3). Division record.
4). Online dice roll.
From
Thursday at 11:01 p.m. (CST) through game time (Normally Sunday),
transactions will be made on a first come – first serve basis.
These transactions may be made via the league site. No
transaction requests will be processed from game time (Normally
Sunday) each week through Thursday of each week.
Trades:
Creative
trading is encouraged. However, the league will not allow any
team stacking, dumping or trades that compromise the competitive
nature of the league. Trades may take place during the draft
and include draft choices. A trade may be overturned at the
discretion of the League Commissioner or by petition of the
league owners.
Injured Reserve:
Each
team will be allotted one (1) injured reserve positions for the
year. If a drafted or acquired player is injured during the
season, he may be protected through injured reserve. The only
stipulation is that the player must be injured and listed as
doubtful or out. Once a player is healthy (questionable or
probable), he must be removed from injured reserve. The injury
classification will be determined by the documented NFL injury
reports.

team owners.
